All Sales are FINAL. At Watch Boss of Boca, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer exchange policy for most items, with some exceptions.

Eligible for Exchange:

  • Items in unworn and original condition with tags attached
  • Items within 7-day return window from the date of purchase
  • Items not marked as "Final Sale"

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:

  • Final Sale items
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage
  • Items that were specifically sourced or requested for a customer

Warranty Information:

We provide a comprehensive 12-month limited warranty on all our watches. This warranty covers manufacturer defects only. See our Warranty Policy for full details, including what is not covered.

How to Make a Return or Exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us by email at thewatchbossofboca@gmail.com or phone at 561-901-3044 within the return window. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item securely.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance for your protection.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or style, we will do our best to accommodate your request subject to availability. Any difference in price will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee of 3% may apply to all approved returns and exchanges, excluding those due to our error.
