- Items in unworn and original condition with tags attached
- Items within 7-day return window from the date of purchase
- Items not marked as "Final Sale"
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:
- Final Sale items
- Items that show signs of wear or damage
- Items that were specifically sourced or requested for a customer
Warranty Information:
We provide a comprehensive 12-month limited warranty on all our watches. This warranty covers manufacturer defects only. See our Warranty Policy for full details, including what is not covered.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance for your protection.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or style, we will do our best to accommodate your request subject to availability. Any difference in price will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of 3% may apply to all approved returns and exchanges, excluding those due to our error.
